Piece for Love Exploring | How to cope with flying anxiety and fear

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you may know I’m a little bit scared of heights. I’m generally absolutely fine when I fly. But I became very aware of just how frightening flying in an aeroplane can be to some people when I first took a flight in a tiny safari plane in Zambia.

Alongside my travel writing, I really enjoy writing travel-related tips and advice pieces. After studying a Psychology degree at university, I’ve kept an interest in wellbeing and so I was delighted to take on a commission for Love Exploring on the top tips and advice for coping with flying anxiety and fear.

If you are keen to commission a travel advice piece, feel free to get in touch. Otherwise, head over to the Love Exploring website to read this article in full.
