The many elements of Estonian food make it a difficult cuisine to define. A quick delve into the history books reveals that French chefs left their culinary mark on Estonia in the 18th Century while drifting over to Russia.
For this feature, I travelled to Tallinn, Estonia where we took an extensive food tour around the city’s best restaurants to learn about Estonian food.
