If you were to take the ultimate movie-lover’s pilgrimage, what would it look like? When I wrote a piece for DK Travel about this very subject, I included top film locations from recent years, as well as some destinations which will always be iconic for being the set for some older, legendary films. The line-up included Wadi Rum in Jordan (the set for The Martian, Lawrence of Arabia and Indiana Jones); Siem Reap, Cambodia (which featured in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider) and Kenya which featured in the 1985 classic Out of Africa. For the full feature, head over to the DK Travel website. And in the meantime, feel free to tell me the film locations you’d like to visit in the comments below.
