5 Reasons Every Bride Must Try The TruBe Fitness App

Oh So Hitched

It goes without saying that many brides go on a bit of a gym mission in the lead up to their wedding day. And whether you’re adamant to lose a few pounds or simply want to tone up, my recent discovery of the TruBe personal training app unveiled a brilliantly convenient way to do that.

Here are 10 reason why TruBe could be every brides’ handy digital tool.

1. You can work out wherever YOU are

Busy making phone calls to your wedding dress shop or finishing off your wedding guest list? Don’t fret, TruBe is on-demand, so if you don’t even have time to head to your local park, make a request to have your fitness session at your own house. Providing you have a bit of space, the personal trainer will bring the equipment to you meaning you don’t have to spend time travelling anywhere and you can get back on with your work or errands, immediately after your session.

2. You can choose the level of intensity to suit your needs

If you have a matter of weeks before your wedding day and you really want to be pushed to the max to get the result you want, select a 4 or 5 out of Five and your personal trainer will make sure they work you hard! If you need to get out of your exercise comfort zone and can only do this with the help of a pro, the TruBe app is perfect for that.

3. You can choose from a great range of fitness sessions

If you want to promoted long and lean muscle toning, you can opt for the Barre class. Or if you want to increase your levels of fat-burning exercise, the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will do just that. TruBe allows you to mix up your fitness sessions, so there’s no worry about getting bored.

4. You can work out with your other half

Within the 5 different fitness sessions comes the option for ‘Couples Workout’ which is great if you want to get your fiancé involved. The PT will incorporate exercises which involve couples’ teamwork. Or if you and your other half vary massively in the type and intensity of workout you want, that’s ok too because the PT will give you different exercises to do. But you’ll still feel like you’ve achieved something together. Great if you need to vent some wedding planning stress.

5. You can split the cost

A one-hour training session with TruBe costs from £65 but if that seems a little bit steep, you can get your friends involved and split the bill. A great way to fit in socialising with an otherwise gruelling gym session. And it means you won’t be neglecting your mates when wedding planning starts to take over your life. Bonus!
